"Was told by text to check in electronically which I did but apparently that doesn't work and they almost cancelled my appointment for no show even though I was sitting in the lobby. I checked in with the attendant and she told me I should not have done that, that doesn't work. For the first 1/2 hour I was there no one was behind the desk so she was swamped when she showed up as the lobby was full of people by that time. She was also rude the entire time and texting on her phone. I also keep getting automated calls telling me to reschedule my cancelled appointment, I don't have any cancelled appointments to reschedule."

"Made my appointment online. Instructions clearly said to arrive early, which I did. I've been sitting outside the door now for a solid 30 minutes, and they are not even open yet. 10 minutes late to open so far. I will avoid this place in the future."

"Wait time was excessive at best, even with an appointment, plus I had to go to another office and make a new appointment 2 hours later and still l waited 2 hours to be seen, terrible customer service because they have a captive audience and don’t care about your time, only the financial bottom line. A lot of people were very unhappy about the service and if you kept complaining, they would take you next to get you out the door."

"I received at least ten phone calls, texts, and emails stating I needed to reschedule my MRI appointment. When I'd call I was told, " oh, you're all set." My wife has had similar run-around and told "we don't take Banner Aetna" when I was told my insurance was all approved and we are on the same policy! She has now waited well over a week for a return phone call. When I arrived for my 2:30 appt, there was no staff at front desk for 10 minutes. I watched this occur throughout the afternoon as I was not called back until 4:17 for my 2:30 appt (107 minutes late!). The facility at Metro was dirty and in need of paint and cleaning -- not at all inviting or assuring of a medical facility and the staff, while not rude, just seemed indifferent and robotic. I will be suggesting to my doctor's they send their patients to an imaging service other than Simon Med."

"Receptionist was great.. Appointment time was not honored. Waited more than 2 hours past set appointment just to be seen. Please schedule more carefully to allow for problematic patients. Screen their needs a little better in order to allow other appointments to be honored in a timely manner. These issues should be considered immediately. As there were several upset patients waiting to be seen."
