"Lady outside the office collecting drop-offs was not rude but makes you feel like a idiot. Constantly repeating herself when you already said mutiple times you understand. What happened was her fault and to extend mine. She said my test was nowhere to be found, and they couldn't collect my samples, but yet another office gave me the supplies? I should have looked at my paperwork harder because once I got home, I found my test with the word other next to it, not Sylvia, which I'm assuming what she was looking for. THANKS for no help. Now, I have wasted a tube and have to continue this test longer and my time and money for driving/ gas."

"Fast and courteous. Walked in a lot and only once did I have a longer than normal wait. I drive 20 miles to come here because the one in my hometown is extremely long wait and people waiting can and have been unruly. Everyone except receptionist were nice. This place is worth the drive."

"The front desk people were nice, but the billing person needs to be educated about people with disabilities. She pulled me aside to talk about some old bills I had insurance coverage for before I even walked back. One of them were labs regarding a highly sensitive life event. It dysregulated my nervous system hearing her go over it in a room full of people, I could barely breathe. I tried telling them I was autistic but she didn't hear me for some reason. The nurse even told her not to stress me out, that lady almost triggered a fainting episode, could have sent me to the ER. Super uncool. Next time someone tells you to stop talking please do so, you put me at risk and I couldn't finish my workday. I should be billing you after that."

"I was very impressed with this lab! I initially called to make an appointment, but there were no morning appointments available for a few days. The person I spoke to was very helpful, suggesting that I go to the lab between 6a-7a as a 'Walk In'. We arrived to the lab at 6:15a, and there were already quite a few people. The lab has a Kisok to check-in, and there are also Covid screening questions on the check-in. We only had to wait for about 15 minutes, and I took this opportunity to look at the brochure on 'Patient Ordered Tests'. Hmm, this was an entirely new concept for me, and I found this very interesting. There are lots of tests available ( see attached screen shots) and the prices are even listed for each test. NO Dr. Order is needed for these tests. Sofia was my phlebotomist, and was awesome. I didn't even feel the needle. She was also careful to confirm my name, birth date- and even showed me the lab tubes with my name label. Sofia also had excellent hand hygiene- using hand gel. All of these details stand out to me as a Registered Nurse. Having a patient portal is very important to me, and I have already registered just to see how easy the process is. Everything was stream lined and secure. I was even asked to confirm details to ensure it was really me, such as selecting the correct company I used to work at long ago from a multiple choice list. In summary, I HIGHLY recommend this lab. They are efficient, and follow proper hand hygiene and covid precautions. All the staff were engaged and friendly. Their on line portal is awesome. This was a great experience!"
