"Everyone there were very courteous and I went in to my exam very quickly (before my appointment time)! I had a mid-morning appointment and I was called in within 5-10 minutes after I arrived! The exam room was very clean, as with the rest of the offices/waiting rooms! Everyone were very professional and I have been going to them since they opened here at this site! I NEVER had anything bad to say about these great people!"

"My doctor sent the order to them, they called, emailed, and texted me saying they got the order and we need to set up an appointment. So we did. They called the night before to verify info and ask if I have a copy of the order (confusing to me, since they told me they had the order when we set up the appointment). I didn't, so they stated they would get it from my doctor the next morning. I showed up at 415 (why have the appointment at 430 if I have to show up 15 minutes early or my appointment will be canceled - just set the time at 415 then) and they didn't have a copy of the order so I had to reschedule. I go the next appointment, and I asked for a copy of the images, the front desk girl (very sweet, very apologetic) said the system kept closing on her computer, so I could go to another location or come back a third time. I do not know why she didn't try a different computer. I feel that every time I go the SimonMed, I get conflicting instructions on what is allowed or not, what is required, what payment is due, etc. It's very frustrating."

"The front desk service was exceptional. Kylie was welcoming, efficient, and handled inquiries with a friendly demeanor. Her professionalism and attention to detail greatly enhanced my overall experience. Not only was she accommodating to my schedule but even handled an unruly patient with ease."

"I came in with a referral and needed to get a service provided, preferably, that day. They were not busy although they did have me me make an appointment for later in the week.. I was disappointed as I was prepared to have my testing done on that day. The receptionists were polite although not overly apologetic regarding the situation. They seemed to behave as if I should have known that I could only schedule for a future day and time, versus having the procedure performed that day. Their amenities are very nice and the building, as well as the offices are very clean, modern, and attractive. I will be using their services in the future."
