"The test process is as expected. It's cold long, and uncomfortable. However the billing aspect of it is terrible. No matter how many times you speak to your insurance company and have SimonMed talk to your insurance company about copays and deductibles SimonMed continues to charge you a deductible that you don't have to pay according to your insurance. Then you have to wait weeks and call numerous people to get a refund. If Simon med would actually just do the work instead of automatically assuming everybody has a copay or deductible they must pay this would save a lot of hassle for not only the patient but the receptionist at the desk collecting the money. This is the second time I've had to deal with getting a refund with Simon med charging me when they're not supposed to"
"From the moment I walked I was greeted by the friendly and professional receptionist. Then the technician continued the kind and courteous treatment I suffer from claustrophobia but I was so relaxed I actually fell asleep during the MRI. I can't say enough of this establishment it's clean, and comfortable. I highly recommend it."
"The facility was spotless. The equipment worked perfectly. The technician was professional and friendly. However, after SimonMed rescheduled my appointment to 15 minutes EARLIER, I had a 30 minute wait when there were no other patients. Secondly, the place was FREEZING. I know medical offices keep their offices cool to minimize germs, but this was beyond cool. SimonMed could certainly improve the wait time and temperature"
"The receptionist and radiologist were both great, friendly and attentive. I did not like the online experience as the chat prompt would NOT go away. Also while they just started Saturday appointments the website still says they are Closed. And not having hours listed for Saturday I almost blew off the appointment."
"I had to be rescheduled for an MRI because I was dehydrated. I was greeted the second day with a warm smile and got in right away. The technician was very professional and was able to insert my IV on the first try. Yes, I would recommend."
