"My wife and I are from out of state and went here on a rainy day last week. Luke at the counter took us through the new person orientation and it was very professional, complete, and unhurried. He also checked back in with us later in the day to see if any new questions had come up. Great customer service! Compared to other gyms we have been to, this one had more moderate routes(5.10 and under) than the others which was much appreciated by the two of us. The facility was quite clean and not at all crowded when we were there. All in all I would give this facility two big thumbs up and would definitely consider a membership here if we lived in the area."
"My daughter and I worked out here extensively 5 years ago and loved the place. We've recently started climbing again and Rocks and Ropes is still wonderful. Friendly staff, good training, friendly atmosphere and constantly changing routes. There are always a good number of routes for all abilities. 09/2023 Update: still a special place for good workouts, pushing your limits, and good family time. I recommend this place for anyone interested in climbing: young, old, male, female, other. Great atmosphere!"

"Wow! The new open space is a big improvement over the old gym. It's amazing and a must stop for any climber. The new walls are of great quality with a varied number of surfaces. The gym feels much more open and less crammed than it did before. Great job and an amazing place to climb and train. The staff are amazing, friendly, and down to earth. I only wish it had a crack climb. Otherwise it's perfect."
