"I love this gym...fitness center, actually! Great staff. Plenty of machines -- so many, in fact, that I have never waited to use one. A nice pool, sauna, hot tub, basketball court & handball, too. Every day there are many classes in which to participate. It is great!"

"Stopped in visiting Tucson. The gym is fine, it's a gym. The equipment is fine. Staff is friendly. It's the cleanliness for me. Cleaning staff is great and was there all day, but the accessibility and frequency of gym wipes / cleaning solution stations is lacking. There's a stretching room with mats for everyone to lay and stretch. Everyone wears shoes on the mats (which is fine), but there are no cleaning solution stations anywhere nearby. I had to take 6+ wipes from across the gym to the stretching room to clean the mats so I could stretch and warm up. Shoes + mats + skin = ringworm."

"Dear LA fitness I’m not sure who’s bright idea it was to stop let your customers enter your establishment one hour before you close, but as a customer who pays to walk thru your doors, this makes me reconsider why I choose your establishment. I often don’t have time to get a workout in and as a result regularly have less than an hour to devote to gym time. Recently that time happened to fall in the last hour of your listed open business hours. I walked up to the door seeing all the people inside, and was greeted with a locked door, and an employee showing me that I was less than 10 min late to the new lock out policy. With this new policy, I don’t feel like you have the customers best interest in mind. Everything in the world seems to be more limited since Covid. I had hoped we were moving in the direction of opening things back up but this seems to be a step in the wrong direction. How about expanded hours, that would be nice. If you continue to squeeze what you can get out of your customers you will find you have less customers to squeeze. If you made your customers happy they might get more of their friends to join. I was considering inviting a friend to join during the Black Friday deal but I’m now reconsidering. So I’m curious, what was your reasoning in shortening to the hours paying customers could walk thru your doors? Seriously curious, sincerely reconsidering"

"There is also an older male, that wears gloves and a mask, that makes several female member uncomfortable by staring and following them around. He will follow them from the weights to the turf. Management has been informed and several complaints have been made. The male member has been spoken to but not kicked out. It’s very uncomfortable that this male is still able to attend this gym. I wish they would take our complaints serious and kick him out."
