"Although in our limited communication, the people were very nice, the campground failed in some basics: 1) Our Class C has more clearance than most because of upgrades but we drug equipment when entering and exiting the campground 2) We assumed a full campground and peak usage created water pressure issues the evening we arrived but we didn’t have water pressure the next morning, either. We had to fill our fresh water tank and use that water source instead of the “city water” to get enough pressure to even wash our hands. Office wasn’t open (until 9AM) to complain or troubleshoot the issue. We had managed the issue ourself by the time they opened. 3) Dog park was nice but my dog escaped under the gate within 30 seconds so I had to put him on leash to do his business. Watch your dogs people because dogs getting out close to the main road could be tragic 4) I was only at the park for an overnight stop and received 8 emails. There were several asking me to sign the policies all in a short time frame. There was another telling me which lot and various passwords. There was a threatening one about campers who don’t clean up after their pet. Note that they charge a $5 pet fee - the first pet fee I’ve ever been charged. I couldn’t find a checkout time in any of the emails. 5) when I scheduled and paid for our overnight, person told me they’d leave a site map for me. I looked everywhere around the office door and the recreation center door. I found no site map. We were able to find our lot ok. Fortunately, since I couldn’t find the dog park in the dark, the coffee shop person told me where to find it. It felt safe. Lot was level. Power worked. Sewer was fine. Gym amenities were ok - just outdated equipment. Shower facilities were ok and clean enough. We’re grateful for a last-minute spot and the friendly people but will likely try a different park next time."

"Perfect for what we needed traveling through the area. Easy walk into old town Willcox. There are great restaurants in the area and Enjoyed a movie at the cute little theater in downtown. The park was clean and the pool , Jacuzzi , massage chair and gym were fantastic to have. We had coffee at the desert brew and it was fabulous. We walked in when they were closing, and they still made coffee for us."

"The asolute best Rv park in town. They have so many amenities, Indoor pool sauna jacuzzi, a gym, lounge room, out door sitting area, dog park, and the best part a drive thru coffee shop! I love it here"

"Too expensive for gravel parking and tight/small spaces. And extra charge for dogs and no don't even offer a space for them to run!?! Ridiculous. And don't say the open field in back of the campground...there are broken bottles and trash all thru there!"

"Rustic is a good description. Office & little store is a nice surprise. Bathrooms & showers are nice. Ben is helpful. Nice pool & spa, too."
