"My family and I were traveling from TX to Phoenix, AZ when we experienced issues with our vehicle that derailed our plans that ended with us being towed to Willcox. After a horrible experience at the local Super 8 motel that ended with us leaving, traveling with kids, and exhausted from the issues with our vehicle we decided to stay here. What a blessing in disguise. First, the room was so clean!! We wiped everything to disinfect but found that the room was cleaner than we expected. The gentleman at the front desk the next morning, I wish I grabbed his name, was soooo kind, accommodating, and understanding. After the exhaustive and frustrating night we had, the kindness he showed to my husband, myself, and our kids was soooo appreciated!! He understood that we were traveling with kids and were dealing with trying to figure out our vehicle issue and how to get back home. Sir, we appreciate you so much more than you know! Thank you!! If we ever travel through and need a place to stay, this location will be it!"
"Check-in was great, so friendly and accommodating, really made you feel welcome. Even though close to the interstate it was very quiet in our well equipped, clean room. Definitely would stay again if the need arises. After 9 hours on the road it's great to know that you will have a clean, quiet and safe place to rest."
"This place was very decent! It had enough space for a family of 5 and 4 pets. The location was pretty good. It was farther away from the highway which was nice. The whole night you heard nothing from anything so very quiet. The rooms were clean. There were a few carpet stains but besides that they were nice."
"We checked into what looked like a decent room for a wine festival we were attending. We decided to be safe and check the beds because the box springs were wrapped in plastic. We found live and dead bedbugs. So gross seeing those things scurrying away from our flashlight. We just grabbed our stuff and left immediately. Always check the beds!!"
