"As mentioned on their site, the family has taken an older motel and made many improvements with the goal of offering a more modern facility that offers good value and a nice clean room. I applaud what they are doing. Shelly is a very pleasant and helpful person. Rose's Motel is located somewhat away from where other motels are located near the Interstate, but it's only a very short distance from the others. It is still easy to get to. The family's sincerity in offering honest value for the traveler is obvious. I would certainly stay there again in any future travels."

"Update* I have should not have gave the Rose’s Motel, they were a great stay. I’m sorry Shelly you were a kind and sweet hotel owner one thing I would like to mention was that the room could get a bigger bed like a Queen or King. The bed was a bit hard, maybe a mattress topper or something, the shower drain is a bit slow and overall the room is a bit outdated, but I really enjoyed the stay, Shelly also gave us a deal for our dog. One thing is that we couldn’t get ahold of anyone in the morning. We had to talk to housekeeping."

"This is a nice, quiet little motel. Shelly, the owner is very nice and helpful. The room was very clean and nicely put together. On the other hand, the mattress is very hard. Neither one if us slept very well because of it. I realize that some people prefer a hard mattress but it would keep me from staying there again. A mattress topper would be great. The location is great. Close to Safeway and restaurant’s downtown. We were there to visit the Chiricahua National Monument. It was a beautiful drive to the park."

"The location was where we needed but this place seemed to have some issues. The floors are noticeably sloped and the tile in the shower is sinking, both seem to speak to foundation issues. The shower does not drain until 15 minutes after a shower and it is tiny. The bathroom is tiny with nowhere to hold anything. Just a toilet, a sink and the above mentioned shower. The carpets looked old and did not look very clean. For us the beds were uncomfortable and we had a very bad night's sleep. It was very difficult to sleep two to a queen bed as the only place that was stable was the exact middle. The sides seemed to collapse. It served our needs for one night to be in close vicinity to Chiricahua National Monument but staying for more than one night would not have been ideal. We did appreciate the room had enough beds for our family of six."

"I booked this room primarily because of the massage chair! I used it in the morning, after my hike, and before going to sleep. Rose’s Motel also has really good reviews in Google and great hospitality from Jerry and the ladies who cleaned the room. Just one caveat, the room is closer to the railway track and you can hear the train. Overall, I stayed here for two nights and the room met my needs. Definitely recommend!"
