"DO NOT STAY HERE. Every year we stay here in the upstairs suite for a halloween block party. This year we booked earlier just in case they got taken. We were going to book it through a booking website but called the owner to see how hed like us to book it and he was very clear he did not want us to book it via a booking site because he doesn't get as much money. So we give him our info and credit card # and book the room. The day comes and we show up with $180 cash ready to check in to our room. But they dont have our room for us. Mind you this man does not have a computer. All of his booking info and customer card info is written on scrap paper held together by a ton of paper clips. The owner shows me his "booking schedule" ,showing me countless customers private info and card numbers, to show me we never booked the room. I told him we had given a card over the phone and everything and he refused to take fault and blamed us for not having a room ready. His resolution was to give us 2 rooms far away from each other with no big fridge, no balcony, or any of the other amenities we booked for a total price of $200. Now I'm not getting what we booked, we have nowhere to put all the food in the trunk, and I have to pay more for it. After calmly arguing for about 20 minutes I finally got two rooms close to each other for the same price I planned on, still not nearly what we expected. At this point the owner still refuses to admit fault and take responsibility for his horrible unproffesiinal orginaizations system and blames one of the girls in our group for forgetting to book it. Once we finally got into our rooms we found out that the fridge was completely off making it unusable for the next 4 hours, the sheets were dirty and had burn marks, there were paint chips all over the floor and spider webs all over the room. At this point I was too tired to seek decent customer service so we just dealt with what we had."

"Not very professional, wants to double book rooms and their resolution to their mistake is to offer a downgraded room with an extra $50 charge, for no extra perks. In fact they left the room filthy. I had to get my own cleaning supplies to clean the place up a bit so i could actually feel somewhat comfortable in my room. There was black mold in the fridge, old dog food on the floor, cigarette ashes in one of the dresser drawers, a sticky substance on the kitchenette counter, as well as the kichen table...... Might I add that when we were dealing with the double booking rooms situation, the middle eastern man, (i assume he is owner of the property....?) had NO records of my group ever even making a reservation, even though he confirmed over the phone (weeks in advance, mind you.) the reservation had been placed and we we covered all requirements, to have the reservation make the reservation in the first place..... Would not recommend this place to an enemy, much less any else, and it goes without saying I nor the company that came with with, will not ever be bookin with the worst value in."

"Hotel hell!!! Burns in comfort and bed cover, scorpions, leaking toilet, leaking shower, tv from 80s with broken remote, alarm clock broken, parking lot not paved, noisy with dog barking in pool that was covered over five years ago yet still had lounge chairs, litter of replaced ac units from who knows when, patio furniture from permanent residents outside units, paid 7 months in advance for queen bed got two beds and operator was happy he didn't up charge us for setup we didn't want, stated fully booked with us checking in at 7 pm and 3 cars in lot, carpet trashed , walls cracked and falling down, laundry/ice room is hills have eyes in some back room, no ice baggy by the way, conference room is at neighboring hotel yet stated on web, coffee pot broken and comp coffee from 7 to 11 was closed, asked for directions to local iconic pizza place and gentleman never heard of it , 6 miles from border and I wanted to go there to upgrade from this dilapidated place!! Buy a tent and sleep on side of freeway, never seen a place that advertises in room brochure to not answer door, call office or police."

"I just stayed in this motel. HORRIBLE, DIRTY, MOTEL. The bathroom was so dirty I did not go in the shower without shower shoes. Poor air conditioner. Did not clean the room, no replacement such as coffee . NO EXTRA TOILET PAPER. The roll we had to start was half used as well. NOT EVEN WORTH THE 80.00. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL."

"I reserved a room, 2 weeks in advance with wheel chair accessibility. Went to check in only to find out that all the rooms were booked. Was told numerous times different dates that I booked for, which were all incorrect. Hotel manager refused to give refund until I argued with him off and on for a couple of hours."
