Bisbee Grand Hotel

"Made our reservations with the request for 3 people in room, 2 in the other. Was told the room with 3 people would have a sofa sleeper. This was not the case. Had to juggle rooms and check out several options to find ones that would accommodate us without having to move after the first night. This was accomplished. We weren’t told that our room was right above the bar. Make sure there isn’t entertainment the night you are booked because the sound from the bar is very disturbing when you are trying to go to sleep. I was told the bar closed at 11. It didn’t. Hard to fall asleep with the noise in the bar."

"Price did not meet room quality. The shower had not been cleaned, old bar of soap still in it. Rented a room with jacuzzi tub and it was dirty. The heater didn’t work and it was supposed to get to 27 degrees. Tv remotes were dirty. Didn’t stay, we wasted $257.00."

"Thank you to Carly and Steve for making this trip memorable for my partner and I! We originally booked the red room, not knowing whether or not it had a tub like we preferred, but once we checked in and saw that it didn't, the two of them helped us upgrade to the western suite which made the night extra special! The Jacuzzi tub was great and fit both of us, although the hot water didn't last long and the buttons were somewhat finicky. Tall, beautiful ceilings! But you can hear guests walking and talking on the floor above in the morning. The complimentary breakfast wasn't big (perfect for me) but delicious and made to order from a short menu. I appreciated that the side of fruit we both got was seasonal strawberries and blueberries instead of the sad, frozen stuff I sometimes get and hate. The staff was super kind! Even the chef checked in with us and asked if we enjoyed our meals which we did! Thank you!"

"Second time here and I never leave disappointed. The Victorian Suite has a very comfortable bed and beautiful, vintage decor and furniture. The room could use some new wallpaper or paint, and the bed could use a headboard. Other than that, this place is a dream!! The complimentary breakfast was perfect and delicious!! Way better than most hotels. Service here is outstanding. Thank you!"

"We went on a family motorcycle trip to Bisbee. Half of us stayed at the Bisbee Grand. It was getting cooler outside, so the ceiling fans in the room were enough. However, when it is hot out, the rooms may be a bit warmer than anticipated. Overall the hotel was very nice. The bar downstairs has great service. The food was good. A very nice place to spend the night on our ride."
