"The guy cleaning up did a helluva job. Cleanest fast food place I've seen. At first they got my order wrong because of my Bell's palsy, but they fixed it and the sandwich was hot and tasty. Girl at the counter was great to put up with me and my altered speech. Much better place than most BKs."

"We were told our order would take 6 minutes because they were making fresh chicken.... around 15 minutes later got up and asked and found our order was missed, they had no clue what we had ordered. Around another 10 minutes later we received our combo from the girl doing the cleaning who practically tossed the bag at us with a bad attitude. The burgers looked stale and were missing the bacon and cheese that they were supposed to have. We asked for our money back. Best experience was that they gave us our money back quickly with what it looked like a sincere apology."
