"Stay here every 3 months so you would think they would give us a better room. Consistently, they put us next to elevator, ice machine or entrance. 6:00 am flight and I never get any sleep unless I use earplugs. Rooms are clean but.....will probably start staying somewhere else near airport."

"The friendliness of the employees at this hotel literally made it the best stay I've ever had in Tucson. The hotel itself is great, the breakfast is fantastic and the location is perfect. What really blew me away was the atmosphere the employees created in the hotel. Everyone acknowledges you and smiles and says hello. I really appreciate that. I also know that if there would have been any problem at all my concerns would have been addressed immediately and remedied. Thank you for the wonderful 3 day stay."

"The room was a single king, 1st floor. No problem there. Inside; inadequate lighting, TV required a call to the front desk & was very slow to respond to remote commands in addition to having no 'guide' available. The coffee maker was hidden in a space in a cabinet at the floor level under the microwave. The microwave & coffee maker were VERY difficult to use on account one must actually get down on the floor to use them. Breakfast was OK. Bacon too thin & the usual reconstituted eggs. The staff that I interacted with were fine. I was quite put off by a situation where a person monopolized the front lobby seating across from the front desk. This man had his belongings scattered inside & outside, was not a guest & loudly (though friendly sounding) interrupted several people as they were traversing the lobby. The young lady at the desk offered him a bottle of water. No charge. I, as a paying guest, would have been charged $2.00 for."

"Great hotel. Very nice staff, great location - near Waffle House (yes!!), Denny’s, gas station w/ LOTS of snacks etc.. etc…. Only thing to know; make sure you get to breakfast early. It says 10AM but they truly stop serving at about 9:30 every day. Had to beg for more food our last morning (at exactly 9:30) so my kids could eat."

"This is one of the nicer hotels I have stayed at in the last year. The accommodations were clean and new. The bathroom was very nice. The shower pressure was great. I really enjoyed the breakfast they served. For those who care, they have a make your own waffle machine. I would definitely stay again the next time I am in the area."
