"The lady in the front was expremely nice and helpful. The area was scary and full of very creepy people walking around late at night. The door would not open and the attendee tried to open it with a blow torch! We left! We did not want our kids to stay there. No refund was issued and we are still waiting to hear back from management."

"I'm excited to write this review today so everyone will know what an exceptionally good stay my husband and I have had here. Sabrina at the front desk literally opened the doors hugging and welcoming me in after having had an emergency. She amazed me with her warm caring heart and how professional she has been I've never had such a caring experience at any hotel ever .she is amazing also the manager has also been great we on on our travels here and this review had to get get out their. We highly recommend this hotel it's spacious clean and secluded for a peaceful stay."

"Rooms are fairly clean. Was told the breakfast in the lobby was complimentary with our stay, but we were charged extra for it. Love the location. Closest I found in Downtown area for the price."

"It was hard to find with GPS due to construction. The lobby was impossible to find cause the parking lot is narrow and the lobby is inset. Had to park and walk to find it. Area is sketchy. Would definitely not recommend to someone who is traveling alone. First room they put me in had no sheets, no towels nothing and had some kind of water leak. Second room the card would not open the door so I had to go back to the lobby a third time. I’m disabled so this was exhausting. The room itself was renovated so it was ok. The mattress was awful. The pillows were great. There are three doors. One to get into the room. One for the adjacent room. And one for the back of the room. Since this area is sketchy I blockaded the back door and adjacent room door with furniture in order to feel somewhat safe. I wanted to go somewhere else but they wouldn’t return my money for this night. I’m going to see if I can checkout tomorrow and find someplace else."

"I’d hoped for the price the low score was just a reflection of its non central location. Nope, that was the least of the considerations. The positives were the bed was comfortable, the AC kept up and the shower was warm/hot. Now the real FYI. The property is tired, apparently under new management - which hope they can do significant remodeling. The floor towel for the shower was dingy, the weatherstripping under the door was half missing allowing daylight and anything else that was 1/4” or smaller to come under the door (dead locust found in corner of room), the rooms shower above me leaked/dripped down into the bathroom via the moldy ceiling vent, dead roach inside light fixture in bathroom, the drawers were dingy - kept all my clothes zipped inside luggage. The pillow cases were clean - the pillows were questionable. Stains around. I agree with another post that said fresh paint can’t cover the significant neglect. The check in was fine but the quality of the hotel is 1/3 it’s price."
