"Every piece of furniture has stains on them. Every single one. Even the ones in the lobby. If you aren't going to replace items, at least get them steam cleaned. It's really gross. The walls were also filthy. The wood furniture (headboards, side tables, and dressers) all had fingerprints and smudges on them. The area is not the best, with people visibility doing drugs (on the sidewalk) one block down the street. The sheets were clean and breakfast was decent. They serve the same thing daily so if you are staying for more than a couple of nights, the breakfast gets boring. We couldn't wait to go home. For the price, it's not worth it."

"I'm so happy that this little oasis remains yet a well-kept secret among our illustrious "local hotel crowd." Hats off to the management here for their gallantly making that appear to be so effortless! After initially discovering this gem of a getaway upon pledging to remain "100% local" with my first stimulus check, I decided to do the same again with the second stimulus check & lo and behold - same great place! Eddie was amazing upon my check-in last night! He explained everything oh-so thoroughly, walked me down to their king size and ... now I don't want to check out! Everyone I have met at the front desk so far on both trips has been just fantastic. Very professional! Armando covers the days at present & one simply could not dare to ask for or imagine much more in the name of hospitality. I will update this review upon my check-out. I just had to share some of my joy! Tomorrow morning I'll sample their free "grab & go" breakfast & then I'm off to do a bit of shopping at Tucson Mall & Historic 4th Avenue. I'll probably stay until Monday morning. It's just an AWESOME PLACE TO RELAX!!! Hey, Tucson! Are you hearing that? Thanks, Management!"

"Possibly the very worst internet access I have experienced in the entire United States. Considering Marriott’s recent profit margins in recent years, it’s long past time 5hey upgrade their wifi connections. Also, our room was haphazardly cleaned and basic amenities missing upon our arrival. The free breakfasts are identical every day and at the baseline of a “suites” hotels offering. On the plus side, the desk clerk (Janet?) was very helpful and friendly. I’d give her four stars. We won’t be back and, after several such experiences at their higher priced hotels, I doubt we will stay at any Marriott hotel again."

"Based on my experience here, this hotel is definitely worth it overall, based on price, comfort, and customer service. For the cost, it is much better than many other hotels that are similar. Customer service was very good. The room I stayed in was comfortable. I was surprised, but pleased, with how clean the room was. The curtains close all the way to block out light, if preferred. Didn't hear any outside noise during my stay. Hotel is off the freeway. Parking is free. Surrounding area was decent. Various homeless people walking in the vicinity, but not in the direct area of the hotel itself. Breakfast was fine. Waffles, sausage, muffins, cereal, etc. available. Would recommend this hotel and would return."

"Great hotel! This hotel is easy to access right off the highway. For the price this was a great find. We arrived late at night and were helped quickly. The location is secure at night which was nice. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was fantastic. They provided omelets, sausage, coffee, juice, yogurt, oatmeal, waffles, fruit, breads and cereal. Employees were all friendly and made sure we had what we needed. We would stay here again."
