He directed us to different areas and allowed us to search around without any pressure which is exactly how we love to shop. No hovering! .... perfect!! "Please know that upon placing the Buyer Beware review below, I received an online invitation to discuss in person the return of the couch! I then spoke with Lupe and he invited us to exchange the couch for another more suitable for my back issues. We ended up upgrading to a couch with lumbar support, so more money - but I am so relieved to have a comfortable couch. So, thank you Furniture Row for your reasonable reconsideration of your standard return policy. Lupe was very kind and helpful when selecting another couch. You are back in good standing with us! We plan to shop at Furniture Row again in the future. Buyer Beware! We recently bought a beautiful couch at Furniture Row. The sales rep was very nice and accomodating. The couch was purchased one month ago. After repeatedly trying different positions, etc., I realize that the construct of this couch is simply not conducive to a healthy position for my back. We have kept the couch covered, so it remains like new. However, when I went in to discuss a return, I was told they do not accept returns on furniture after 3 days. I would have been happy with store credit. So, I am left with a beautiful, expensive new couch that I can't sit on!"

"The store personnel allowed us to peruse the store after we were greeted and after a time we were approached by Izzy, our sales person. She was awesome and extremely helpful showing us designs, colors,and different pieces. Very patient as well. We definitely will be back when we need more furniture and we will request Izzy!! She made shopping fun!"

"Visited the store today as an avid Denver Mattress Company customer and FR in other cities. Jacob was great. Found a sofa, and the price was great then came the delivery fee, fee for fabric protection, and no pick up and take away of the existing sofa, recommend a non-profit to take it.  and no break on the price to offset the costs. It was reduced to a fair price and we loved it. I asked over and over and he said there was nothing they could do. Asked the manager to see if we could resolve the situation and see if there was something else we could do. Said he was in a meeting. Paying cash OTD. Said no, took his card went to Ashley bought a better sofa with a reduced price to offset the protection plan. They would take the old sofa as part of the arrangement. The sofa we bought there (Ashley,) was reduced in price like 300 off, FR was 200 off. Reduced even more to offset 163.00 protection plan. I tried!"
