SimonMed Imaging - Yuma

"One star for polite personnel. One star for functionality of facilities, services provided, and general care of the facility. Severe reduction in stars for basically being unusable by working age adults with any type of personal life. Waiting room opens at 0700, but arriving that early still leaves you not being seen until 0830. Showing up later in the morning or afternoon results in an equally long 1 to 1.5 hour wait because of a completely packed waiting room and a "first come first served" system. The above, combined with the outright refusal to accept or make appointments results in an extremely difficult to use location. Expect a long wait for any visit and at best be pleasantly surprised if you're seen earlier. If you're a working age adult with any form of responsibilities, I can not recommend you do anything but avoid this location."

"Taken in promptly upon arrival. Very nice and polite staff processed me and I sat for a few minutes before being taken back for the tests. Everything step was explained and progressed smoothly. In thirty minutes, I’d completed two required MRI’s. That was a wonderful thing for me since I’m claustrophobic. Great experience."

"Front desk lady seemed a bit snobby, the first time I was there I stood there a few minutes before being acknowledged, this time somewhat the same stood there about a minute before being acknowledged, front desk staff should at least greet soon as someone walks in or let them know we will be with you in a minute. There is no privacy at the front desk while sitting across the room I can hear the whole conversation between front desk staff and other patients. The Xray tech was great, super friendly made me feel really comfortable."

"The staff were great and respectful. I was seen in a timely manner. However, the office in which the equipment was set up looked like it was from a third world country. The ceiling had numerous water stains as well as the walls. This was one of the first things that I noticed as I entered the room. I believe that this says alot about the company and how they want to present themselves to their customers as well as the Vets that are sent to them."
