"The front desk staff here aren’t qualified enough for their roles. They have no idea about anything to do with billing and what their website says doesn’t align with their practice. They seemed clueless about a lot of questions i had and to be honest that’s unprofessional. Do better Sonora quest you can’t just hire anyone. Customer service definitely needs improvement."

"Poor customer service! Went to sonora quest lab 3 times in two days wasting my time because they only do certain blood work at certain times, and they ran out of supplies for blood work. Never going back."

"Practically every time I go here, I get dead named by the same receptionist despite telling her the name I personally go by. It's even written on the lab orders they get. I try to be as polite as I can be and not get upset, but It's incredibly embarrassing to get called by my birth name in an almost quiet room full of people and essentially get outed by a receptionist. People look at me like I have 3 heads. The weird thing is that I've never had that problem with the phlebotomists. They've always been chill and seemed to understand but front desk.....not so sure."

"The staff were helpful they have a lot of seating to include wide seating. Wait time is around 30 min on average but the actual lab work is fast. Parking is sufficient."

"Well lets start by I am never going back to this place, Customer Service is terrible receptionist has an attitude if you need help or have questions. My draw site got inflamed and they busted my vein...their staff needs to be trained! Never had I had this happened at other labs...its an inconvenience to them to have patients...their corporate needs to shadow this office."
