"Tried to reschedule a reservation last minute due to unexpected illness. I understand that I had made a prepaid reservation and last minute requests are against policy, but I was hoping that they'd take into consideration that it was due to illness and that I am a regular customer of theirs, staying there quite often, about 2 to 3 nights a month. Now I'm stuck at home sick and have to pay the full amount. I'll have to find an alternative location when visiting Yuma."
"My wife and I travel a lot and this was our first time at this location. As usual Marriott does and excellent good with housekeeping, cleanliness and friendly staff greeting you coming or going. Our night staff host was very friendly and fun to talk to during our late night arrival. In the morning we were greeted with a hello from the morning staff as we headed out and another hello when we arrived later that night. Unfortunately we didn't have time to eat at the restaurant or use any of the amenities but everything looked new, clean and safe. One final note, my wife REALLY enjoyed the wonderful floral smell you discover when you walk in the door. It was a very nice smell and very unique idea."
"We love this hotel for our half way point from Phoenix to San Diego. I'd give it 5 stars but the hotel doesn't offer free breakfast. That's probably because there's a restaurant in the building. The restaurant is great for dinner and drinks if you get in at night. The pool is great!"
"This is as good as a hotel gets. Lots of spacious parking, very nice furniture and decor everywhere, super nice staff, a great gym, a restaurant/brewery next door, great rooms, beds, and showers... Cannot think of anything that should be added to a hotel to make a better stay."
