"Tony and I checked into the Hampton Inn during our 2 wk Bucket List trip across the US. This hotel is Fabulous! The staff we met was amazing! The hotel gorgeous! Our room was spacious and very clean. The bed was so comfortable. Loved every minute of our stay. Used the business center for some printing and the laundry services for a quick load. $1.50 for each wash and dry cycle. Definitely would stay again and recommend. Free wonderful breakfast both Hot & cold!!! Can't beat the prices plus you earn points with your Hilton Rewards!!!"
"This was an average experience at best. Got our room for the evening, went to use the restroom and the bar of soap was missing with an empty box. Could hear the neighbors running up and down the hallway all night. Got some breakfast the following morning with the breakfast bar half stocked with no one maintaining it. They ran out of milk at some point and when they did replenish it, the milk was all chunky in my kids cereal... Not a great experience. Will be avoiding this one for a while."
"Room was very clean and comfortable. Located within walking distance of several restaurants and retail stores. The evening desk receptionist Cynthia was absolutely helping with a few small issues I had during the stay. Her attitude and personality were very positive and professional. Destinee was very helpful as well and her attitude was great. Will definitely stay there again."
"We got a room with a king bed and a sofa bed. The king bed was comfortable but the sofa bed was shockingly horrible for as nice as the place was. It was soooo uncomfortable! I could feel every single individual spring coming through the piece of paper thin fosm that they call a mattress. They did try and move us to another room but the sofa bed was the same. They shouldn’t be charging people for these as extra beds! They need to take them out and burn them cause you’re better off sleeping on the concrete."
