"Staff was awesome! Our room had a broken air conditioner and they switched us rooms immediately. Didn't even need a security deposit. Made it a breeze."
"Most disgusting room I’ve ever stayed at it’s overpriced for how cheap and dirty it is. It smells like mold and cigarettes and there’s cockroaches. They advertise cheap weekly deals but there was nothing cheap about paying for a $77 room that has an unbearable smell and cockroaches walking around the floor as soon as you walk in. Once you settle in the cockroaches hide under the bed. Felt so uncomfortable and worried a cockroach would crawl on me in my sleep. Also the room doesn’t have a air conditioning system. It was very cold in my room."
"Very comfy stay. I came from San Diego and compared to the hassles and bad experiences with hotels there, this place is a gem. The staff are very friendly, can check in early, everything is clean and working and most of all the beds were extremely comfortable, I didn't want to get out of bed.. Close to everything and a very quiet area. ..I would definitely come back.."
"This hotel is absolutely disgusting. Do not let the pictures online fool you. I get my key card you have to walk up stairs to get to the room. They do not have elevators in front of the hotel room is a garbage bag full of garbage and a dirty towel on the floor I get in the room. The lamps inside of them are all shattered and broke. The handle is missing off of the table. The shower is disgustingly, dirty, it’s disgusting in here right by a busy street cars are super loud. The walls are thin. Whoever’s next to me keeps coughing and you could hear everything."
