"This location is horrible for customer service, they are rude and the front desk clerks tell me directly, I do not know how to do what ever you ask. They cancelled my reservation and charged me for the full night. Then the manager charged me again a cancellation fee. The customer service is horrible and they don't care. I would not stay there for free. They are also remodeling the front desk area. The Hilton site does not explain everything in detail lime some of the other sites do. They have now charged my card three times and they won't answer when I call."
"We have really enjoyed staying here. Rooms are a good size, have pet friendly options, and solid heat/AC. A little patience is needed if you’re using the elevator since only 1 is working, but that’s not too annoying. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. 5pm-7pm happy hour is great with the kitchen staying open until 10pm! Location is solid since “Downtown” is only 3 blocks away with great restaurants, brewery’s, and dive bars. Makes for great evening without having to grab an Uber."
"Nice Hotel well located down town. Very friendly stuff. Free parking, safe area. Nice Gym, small pool area - sufficient for a business stay. You can only open the windows on the back side - direction railway - front side all closed. Staying there frequently and every time again. Thanks"
"Beautiful hotel. Clean rooms. Made to order breakfast is just ok, not a lot of options. Would definitely stay here again. Pics are of junior suite. No view of River. Check in and out was easy, WiFi worked great, tv options were excellent. 2 bathrooms in my room!!"
"Staff were very kind switched my rooms so we had a river view. Dinner staff were slow we waited a long time for drinks and ended up going to the bar to order and server took forever to come to our table for an order. Food took almost an hour to get. Morning staff was fantastic, came and took my order right away and was served quickly. Overall good experience."
