"A last minute decision to stay in Kanab made the visit to Grand Circle possible. Its a great old house from 1912, with all related charm. This would be a great place to hole up for a week and explore the area from. Full kitchen, sitting room, backyard, all in all, pretty awesome. I would definitely return."

"As others have posted, the location is great and the house is decorated beautifully, there is a sitting room with a record player, and it was immaculate. READ YOUR WELCOME EMAIL THOROUGHLY. When I got there around 4:30, it was getting dark and there was another couple that had pulled up. The owners / property manager give you a code to get into the door but it was open already. After a bit, we sorted the door lock. There is no one there to greet you and when you call the number given you get a voicemail. So between myself and the other couple, we figured out what rooms were ours, and got settled in. The email also said somebody was going to be here to greet us but she was not available. Also, the fantastic breakfast is currently no more, thanks to the covid madness."

"I want to give this place a 5 star I really do, because the house itself is beautiful, the common areas wonderful, the room clean, but there are some major concerns. 1. Unable to reach anyone! We arrived around 6pm and it was dark outside. In my arrival email it said the room key would be in the room, which it was not. At the entrance door of the house it says the key to the room would be in an envelope immediately after entering the home - nothing there either. Our room was open but we had no keys to leave/lock the room. I called 2 different numbers provided by them and left voice messages and texts - no response - not even the day after. My husband went on a search of through the common areas and found the keys with some others lying on the microwave in the kitchen. I am so happy he found them, because what would we have done? I mean, if you run a place like this the least you can do is have a Emergency phone number where actually someone picks up. 2. I came back the second evening from a day out and the main door of the house was unlocked. 3. A few days into our stay we came home to a freezing cold room because for whatever reason someone turned on our ac on full blow, which you can't control from our room. After our dilemma with the keys I emailed and received another phone number to call if I needed something, which in this case I did, nobody picked up - surprise, surprise. I tried a few times and also left a voicemail. This time I actually got a call back shortly after and a maintenance person was sent to fix the issue. 4. The room we stayed in was the master suite. Spacious room, clean, with your own laundry and fireplace on the ground floor. Only problem is, you can hear the room upstairs, especially when flushing the toilet and such. So even though these were all real concerns and I hope they take this review to improve, I still gave 3 stars, because I did like the place, the coziness of it and the convenience."

"Was absolutely thrilled with the cleanliness of the rooms, private bathrooms, wonderful breakfast, and fantastic service we received! This place is first-class without a doubt and is an exceptional price for the wonderful amenities they provide. The house is very nice and tidy and the rooms, while a little small, are very neatly kept and very cozy. The breakfast was massive, diverse, and nearly perfectly cooked. If you have any doubts about this place, don't, I cannot recommend anywhere more highly than this one."

"This place is beautiful! The rooms are clean and very nice. The large common area has games and even a cool record machine with a bunch if classics to choose from. Plus the back yard is fantastic! Lots of room and even a little gazebo to hang out in. The management is also fantastic. If you're looking for a place to stay in beautiful Kanab, this is one of the best!"
