"It is a great pleasure to be able to recommend Peppermint Cabinets. Step one was initial meet with Stanley and Autumn to go over what we were looking for in our home. We were redoing all bathroom and kitchen cabinets. They walked through, did rough measurements and asked what type of wood we were thinking. Estimate was given in a timely fashion. Stanley has the patience of a saint. Again, having never done this before, he was so very helpful in guiding me through all decisions that were needed. He put up with my endless questions and accommodated with providing a sample of wood in color I picked so I was able to take to countertop and tile companies. He also suggested things that not only would I have ever thought of, but fine tuned our design on computer until I was absolutely satisfied with all aspects. Autumn was just as helpful and patient with me. She is terrific with communication. She listens!! She heard my concerns, checked into whatever questions I had, got back to me with answers and followed through on all stages of order and install. She made us feel like she wanted our kitchen to be as great as her own kitchen. She cared that much. Since initial measurements are rough, they sent out Lynn for final. Another great interaction! We were having some work done to relocate our refrigerator and were going to need an additional cabinet above. Lynn brought to our attention that the opening for our refrigerator would not even accommodate the one we had, but that new ones are even wider and we should bring that to the contractors attention before it went any further. That was above and beyond. He saved both us and the general contractor a good deal of grief. Couldn’t thank him enough for that! Finally, Brandon. This guy, wow. Again, we had all kitchen and bath cabinets replaced and chose them to go to our ceilings. He shows up ALONE. Really? Yup. I was amazed. He installed every one of our cabinets by himself to a degree of meticulous that’s off the charts. He WORKS. He does his job. He cleans up after himself. He is pleasant to have in your home. I honestly can’t say enough about his work. He is what should be teaching others the trade by his own example. Hope I made my point. Didn’t meet the people who actually MADE our cabinets, but many thanks and a ton of praise for that aspect as well. It fascinates me how this whole process goes. The people who made are cabinets have never been in our home, they go solely by the information that was given to them by all the others mentioned above. Our cabinets were made to fit the footprint of the old cabinets and they are perfect. I realize this is the outcome we should all expect from services we hire, but how often does it actually happen? Well, it happened. My husband and I could not be any happier than we are with this company. Product was exactly as we ordered, top notch quality, employees that were a pleasure to deal with, concerns and questions handled professionally and completely. I hope you hire this company. It is my absolute belief you will not be disappointed in any way."
