"The front desk girl was very helpful. The doctor came in with a mask, so I couldn't see her full face. The woman doctor in the mask looked way older than the photo on the website, so not sure I was dealing with the same doctor. I had 4 items she looked at (just bumps, which I already knew they weren't cancerous, just unpleasant to look at). She told me on literally every single one, "No, there's not really anything we can do without leaving a scar worse than the bump". She came in super rushed and she stayed maybe 5 minutes. I spent $200 just so a dermatologist could tell me "not really sure what those bumps on your nose are, but not really much we can do". Then to view a bump on my leg and her say the same thing. Then I asked "well, can't you just freeze it off?" Then the doctor responded, "well .. we COULD. But it might just come back...." Not sure she was an actual dermatologist, but after telling my medspa lady about my experience, she at least gave a solution, "I can laser that off for you,". She was more helpful than this place. After being completely blindsided by the experience, the only thing I could think of that happened is I'm self-pay. I don't have insurance. Because of that, I requested a good faith estimate, meaning before we move forward with anything, they have additional paperwork that she didn't want to deal with. I would prefer a refund, but I'll just make sure my friends/family don't go here instead. Do yourself a favor, and go somewhere else. UPDATE: You can see a regional manager responded to my reply, but gave me the same number that does not let you through to any person. She did not leave an extension. I had to leave a voicemail and no one called me back. My name is on this post, they can easily look up my information and contact me. No one did."

"The office was clean and welcoming. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. I liked that I could check in, fill out paperwork and pay online. The nurse who brought me back was super friendly and asked fully about my concerns and relayed back to me to make sure she understood me well. I did not connect well with the doctor. She did nothing wrong but usually I connect better and feel more comfortable sharing my concerns. All in all a good visit as the information I received was helpful and addressed my concerns."

"I’m a new patient at Epiphany Dermatology. I was greeted by an efficient Receptionist in a clean, nicely decorated office. The Dr’s Assistant put me at ease and was friendly. Dr Aronica was very thorough & took time to explain all procedures & answer my skin condition questions. She prescribed the necessary medication I needed—before I even got home, the pharmacy texted that my prescriptions were ready for pickup. I already scheduled my next year’s annual appointment!"

"Easy to make an appointment and was able to get in relatively quickly at my preferred location. My first time was a little challenging to find the actual office. Everyone was professional, friendly, efficient. The exam was the most thorough full body skin exam I have ever had! The doctor explained everything well so there were no surprises. He was respectful and professional. The office had a variety of ways to educate, which I enjoyed and learned a lot during the few minutes waiting periods."
