"I had my first appt with this office for a cleaning and they wanted to do a filling. I showed up for my filing appt only to be told the Dr was out sick, without so much as a courtesy phone call. Rescheduled for a different day. Received about 5 text message reminders that if i didn't cancel with at least 72 hrs notice, there was a hefty fee. Today was supposed to be my appountment and with less than 2 hr notice, they called to say Dr was sick, AGAIN. But no 72 hour notice for me. The person who called could not have cared less or been more rude!"

"I thought this place was really great at first. The staff are great, super nice. The trouble I have is with Dr. Grampp. I had a whole mouth dental implant done and in just a little over a year, year and a half, the first one fell out from up top. Another Dr. replaced it (still within Dr. Grampp's office area in Sun City West). The replaced implant also fell out. To date, I have only 1 implant up top and that's about to fall out too. I spoke with Dr. Grampp and he's not willing to admit that I should have had a bone graft up top before he did the implants. He says they don't do bone grafts but on a sign in the Sun City West office, it says they do. All he offered me was to have Alex, the denturist, add to my dentures to seal up the implant holes and leave the one hole open for the last implant. Dr. Grampp should have sent me to someone else to have a bone graft done but obviously was wanting the money more. Dr. Grampp told me there is no guarantee on how long dental implants will last, could be 2 or 3 years or 10. Well, every other dentist I spoke with said if done right they should last anywhere from 10 years to a lifetime. So, WTH Dr. Grampp???"

"Worse experience I have ever had with cleaning. Hygienist Kristine left my gum somewhere swollen without cleaning that part and taking care of it ,and I also had black lines between some of my teeth didn't clean them."

"I have been into this office 3 times thus far and felt the staff were very professional and thorough in their explanation of all procedures and the cost associated with my visits. So far I have received x-rays, fillings, and a deep cleaning. All of which were done well. Dr. V even explained the differences in what I was feeling and how it relates to just needing a filling as opposed to a root canal. She even did a quick cold "test" to determine her recommendations were correct. All of the recommendations I received were just that. Recommendations that I could either decline or approve. I never felt pressured into agreeing to a procedure that I didn't fully understand or want. All in All, I highly recommend this office and their staff. My experiences have been great. Amber."

"This place is all about the $$$$$. They told me I needed 7 fillings. I asked how many cavities I had as I was shocked that I could've had 7. They said I don't have cavities I just have deep grooves. I said, "well then I should only need a sealant on them to protect them (preventative dental service), not a filling (reparative service)." They said, "well the billing code is for a filling and we have to code it that way". RED FLAG insurance fraud!! They also told me I needed a deep cleaning. I told them I don't have time for that today. They said we'll just do it real quick. I said, "ok fine but I have to get my kids in an hour!". They quickly did the deep cleaning WITHOUT telling me that I would have to pay out of pocket for it!! Before I went in to the appointment I specifically made sure I wasn't going to owe any money. When I came out I was incredibly unhappy and the office manager said don't worry about it we will take care of it. I thanked him and scheduled my follow up for the "fillings". Also, the guy doing the mouth xrays didn't know what he was doing because it was EXTREMELY painful getting the xrays and the amount of times he had to re-do them was RIDICULOUS. Fast forward to today- I continue to receive a bill in the mail for the "deep cleaning" that was quickly done even though I was told they would wave it since I didn't even want it to begin with! I get a bill every couple of weeks, I never pay it, so I called the office today to cancel my appointment for next week and discuss the bill. They said that was my deductible for the deep cleaning and said I had to pay it! After a bit of back and forth, they said if I continue to come to their office, they would wave the bill. So now they're "blackmailing me??". I brought this to their attention and said I want a second opinion from another office and I am NOT paying the bill. They said, once again, that they would take care of the bill (per the office manager). I also brought up the above sealant vs filling situation to which they responded that they had to bill for a filling for sealants again. I will be calling delta dental to see if this is standard for them. I already know that they're going to say that's insurance fraud and then I will report them for that. Do not go here. They will lie to you and tell you you need things that you don't. P.S. I already had all of my molars sealed. I understand that there's wear and tear and they may need to be redone but I know I have extremely good oral hygiene. This office has truly infuriated me from start to finish. The only good thing about it was the target gift card I received for trying them out."
