"This place is very bad and has poor quality. They did a filling on my tooth. And they had said give it a few weeks to a few months for it to cure or to set for the filling to heal, and everything will be fine. Here, it is almost 2 year later, and the filling still hurts . I went back to them multiple times, complaining and telling them that the tooth hurts still when I eat. And they did nothing about it. Basically, they do not back their work in. Once they're done, they could care less about you and about their work. I am reporting them because this is unacceptable. It took a year, but i'm filing a claim with my insurance about them. They shouldn't be paid for something that they did not do or work that doesn't benefit me."
"Update 10/28/2023: I continue to appreciate the care I receive at Vistancia Dental Care. Dr. Kim seems busier over the years but continues to pay close attention to detail and do quality work. My hygenist has changed due to office scheduling but I am very happy with my new one - Bekah. She is very thorough and obviously cares about her patients' comfort and concerns. I've been seeing Dr. Kim at Vistancia Dental for about 7 years. He is very conscientious and meticulous in his work, explains what he's doing and is always willing to answer questions. Maria has been my hygienist for about 5 years and she is also knowledgeable and very thorough. I am very confident in the quality of care I receive at Vistancia Dental Care and feel very fortunate to have found them."
