CVS Pharmacy

"My experience with this CVS pharmacy has been absolutely horrific. The customer service is awful and leaves me in a bad mood with every interaction. When I go in person, it is always a twenty-minute wait to speak with someone. When I call, it takes seven minutes just to get to the pharmacy, and the people on the other end of the line are always rude. They are never able to assist, and they usually hang up on me before I’m done asking questions. I’ve had numerous issues with the pharmacy not having my prescription in stock or sending me messages that they're available for pickup when they are not. The amount of time wasted waiting in line, on the phone, and for prescriptions, some of which I never receive, is outrageous. They are not a reliable source. If you have a choice to go to a different pharmacy, do it. I would never recommend this one."

"It is very irritating when you walk up to the counter and there’s only one person at the register. Especially when there’s a big line waiting to be served and there are 4 to 5 people in the back working, but nobody will step up to register to help. There are many times when I have seen the big line waiting to be helped and only one person at the register and I will just leave and try to come back another day. This is poor customer service and needs to be fixed."

"Here it is Christmas Eve and I need my prescription. The website says open until 4, but it’s 2 pm and my husband says they are already closed!!! I hope I can make it until Tuesday!!!"

"This site is such a joke always a line and 1 person on a register with 2 or more on back. Learn how to work a store seriously. To think they want to stage walk puts for more money! Get the hell out of here. In addition I gave them my phone number so they could text us when the prescription was ready for pick up. However again they failed to update the system and texted the wrong number again! It's now 2:30 and decided to call and see what the delay is, it's been ready since noon. Meanwhile my girls are waiting for their antibiotics. The most annoying part is the staff saying I dont know what happened. Really you work with medication and you say something like you dont know what happened. Great I feel much better now knowing you dont have a clue. Time for CVS to to review this location and its efficiency."

"Service was horrible!!!!!!!!!!!! They are always in a hurry even there is no customer. Cut me off when I was asking a question just to finish the transaction already. Didnt get a chance to read whats on the screen and answer it for you! If you guys dont like your job and hate customers then look for a different line of career. I hope this pharmacy will hire people who will not only give the medicines but offer a great customer service."
