"Interesting policies- Maria the manager unlocks case and hands items to woman to take to the register. Immediately after that she unlocks a case for me to get a $14 item and she takes it all the way to the register and tells me it’s policy. It’s obviously not followed all the time. They don’t have good customer service anyways. They just have a good collection of things and are closer than Lowe’s."
"Al always helps me out here, he is always super helpful and friendly! This store is my go to for Stihl products and Blackstone accessories. If they don’t have it, just ask, usually they can get it."
"After planning a trip to Flagstaff my Veteran husband decided to take a trip around 6:30pm to our local Ace (after seeing they had sleds available online) to seek out any snow sleds that may be available. He knew there could be a possibility they didn't have any but decided to still check local and ask if they had any before going to a sporting goods store. The guy at the register was somewhat rude and looked at him as if he was crazy for asking such a question. He rudely told him, " We live in Phoenix we don't have sleds here". A simple no sir we don't have any would of been adequat. My husband respectfully walked away. We purchase often from here as we like to support local small business and Ace is right around the corner from us. Needless to say my husband was not happy by the rude cashier and will not be purchasing from here anymore."
"I like this place for one cause it's close and usually easy to get in and find just about every time what I am looking for. Always have liked an Ace store. I signed up for rewards finally for the first time, I've been going for years to an Ace store, so, will see how rewards works out."
"I just recently launched my Beverage business and had to stop in to get some supplies. I was greeted immediately upon entering in a warm and friendly manner. I was then assisted by a staff member named Jack. I never knew a trip to the hardware store could be so refreshing. Jack was so helpful with showing me where things were and for informing me of various customer programs that were available. Jack was personable and knowledgeable and his customer service is one of the main reasons why I keep returning. Keep up the amazing work"
