"Use extreme caution when purchasing any craft beer, Total Wine (have this problem at all locations) has no problem selling out of date beers. I will not make a beer purchase at a Total Wine of a beer without a date on it. There is no telling how long they sit."

"I just went in there to pick up my wine I placed online. I placed an order for 6 wines, and went inside to pick it up. The lady who I went to, to point me in the direction of the pickup was super nice and helpful but the moment I went to the pick up table there was a gentleman and lady with short hair, this lady before I even spoke to give out my name gave me such a disgusted look. It was so obvious I was kinda appalled by the fact that this was happening to me. I gave my name to the gentleman and she said, "I'm gonna leave now" gave me another look of disgust and walked away. I don't know if it was the clothes I was wearing or what, no matter the reason you shouldn't be giving anyone that kind of look of judgment. So if you order here for pickup or shop here be aware of her."

"Roman was absolutely incredible! My mother and I went in to buy alcohol for my upcoming wedding. He adjusted the list that I had brought to fit my final guest count and made some recommendations for everything we needed and basically did the shopping for us! He checked us out, made sure we got some great discounts that were being offered that day, and helped us get everything into our car. The whole process was seamless and it took so much stress off of our plate. We also did a tasting with Dave a few months ago and he provided us with some great education on some brands he recommended as well. Truly a great place to get what you need!"

"Everytime we step foot in, we feel welcomed and helped in every way. Today we met Mr. Bailey, he helped us find what we were looking for and found us just that by going out of his way. Another gentleman that was doing tequila samples had a wonderful sense of humor and had great customer service. Our cashier was kind and had a smile the entire time. "This is one of my favorite total wine stores I drive a little out of the way to get here because they have an excellent selection and always have the freshest cigars. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and most of the drinks have descriptive tags on the shelf to really what the product tastes like. I was in there today asking about different types of beer and the person helping me really knew their beer selection super well. I usually listen to their recommendations and is always a home run. Their customer service is awesome and it's part of the reason I keep coming back. Store itself is spotless super clean very well organized. They even have wine classes and other events there. Before covid, they would offer samples at times. They have a huge selection of soft drinks and Munchies as well. A side note, I can always count on their bathrooms to be very well kept and super clean. As far as prices, there's no need to look anywhere else they usually have the best prices on all the alcohol and beer.."
