"Every year you ppl KNOW the population is going to double in the winter and every year it’s the same result. 45 minutes waiting in line at the pharmacy. We as humans are known to anticipate future events by using the past to predict what’s going to happen. Yet you fail to change. Your behavior is akin to cattle. Wait, I take that back. Cows will feel a storm coming, seek low ground and lay down. You do not possess the instinct of a cow. Insects have better insight. It’s as if you don’t care that a 71 year old person with Multiple Sclerosis is about to pass out waiting in your line for his medications. To top it off your staff is rude, uncaring and vindictive. You should not be in the people business. Not a single one of you. Perhaps you’d be better suited to washing windows. Anything that doesn’t require empathy (go ahead, I know you have to look up the meaning of that word)."

"Update from wanting to give negative stars to 3 stars because pharmacy manager and express pass was extremely helpful! If only I could give negative stars! "Out of medication and waiting on shipment, would you like us to check other locations so you can get your medication today" isn't that hard to say, is it? And it shows great customer service! Instead, I got multiple rescheduled times for pick up and over 24 hours later still no medication! This pharmacy is a joke! I would never recommend!"

"My God! 4 days to get my blood pressue meds. Lines so long! Manager rude as hell, said live with it! Drive thru line? Make sure you have a full gas tank.... inside the store ? Bring a wheelchair! Staff ? Clueless... They need a new manager.. I'm sure that's the root of the problem."

"Placed online transfer order , when I did not receive confirmation that prescription was available for pickup , called store and explained how imperative it was for transfer to be completed as I am completely out of my medication that I have been taking nightly for 15 years , called again 3 hours later and was told that it might be ready tomorrow , they were a little behind ...needless to say , that without my medicine I will suffer severe withdrawal symptoms . Very frustrating, huge disappointment , would not recommend pharmacy for anyones medicinal needs ."

"The slowest pharmacy I have ever used. Do not stock common meds. I received a order for a cough medicine and was told on Wednesday that they would not have it in stock until the middle of the next week. They were not willing to get it from another pharmacy either."
