"Just the facts. When you come in there's going to be three lanes The two most right hand lanes are for outside trucks The inside lane nearest the security shack is for the fry trucks. Do not get out of your truck until you are the first person in line just like at Walmart. The most right hand lane will go to the back of the security shack window The middle lane will go to the front of the security shack windows. Wear your safety vest. You will fill out a short paper. They will send you to staging. When you go in you actually go into the warehouse and through the warehouse a little bit in order to find receiving. I arrived at 11:04 p.m. for a 12:05 a.m. appointment I was done by 4:17 a.m. and at the security shack. I did not keep my doors open when I left they did not comment on that. They do all communications by phone call so you can get some sleep that way. They lost one star since they don't have proper signs for lanes or directions they lost another star since their check-in process is extensive and confusing and 4 hours is too long."

"Like this place. Easy in, easy out, lots of room. Security at front gate always friendly, polite, and helpful. Been here several times for deliveries. Check in hour before appt, get a door, start unloading 30 mins later. Always fast unload. Would give 5 stars if Capstone Logistics could be quicker with returning paperwork."

"Arrived 1 hour early. Immediately received dock assignment, Immediately unloaded 10 pallets. paperwork 3 hrs. Total time 3 hrs 40 min. Only 2 hrs 40 min past actual appointment. Minus 1 star for paperwork wait. Minus another star because Porta Potty was literally filled to the brim with feces and toilet paper. A prison in Madagascar has better toilet facilities for their prisoners than Kroger has for their drivers. Look up Madagascar prison conditions and watch the video on YouTube and you'll be shocked that these toilets are worse."

"Outside porta-potties are disgusting see about going inside, you will need a safety vest but the bathrooms inside are much better, they are pretty much always like this"

"Got here an hour early. For at 2 AM appointment. Told to park and come back for my paperwork At the guard shack. After an hour went to door number 2. After an hour and a 1/2 they had taken their 8 pallets off. 45 minutes after that the spotter driver Starts banging on the door Wanting me to do something but I couldn't understand him. So I called the office and said hang tight they're working on my bills. 45 minutes later another person comes out and starts screaming at me in Spanish. He just starts yelling some more importing towards the holding area. Now the spotter driver comes up and they both start yelling at me. I told them I do not understand Spanish. Then he looks at me and says in perfect English Go to the holding area. I ask about my bills he says hes gonna call security because I was being weird....so off I go. The funny thing is on the capstone text message It says not to pull out of the door. So off I go to the Holding area waiting for the next exciting thing to happen. Well I got out at 10 o'clock in the morning I suppose it's not too bad."
