"Been coming to this store since they opened. I have 5 trucks/cars I bring through this car wash regularly. I always get the $20 wash to get their cloth shine at the end. Unfortunately, this visit it didn't work. I requested the difference of $4 and instead the shift manager, Brandon, wanted to give me a $4 wash instead....Really?? This will only make my truck look worse and would not give a refund. Don't come here!! You will get ripped off and won't get what you pay for. The least they could have done is had a sign stating this feature wasn't working and I would have not paid for this higher car wash."
