"This is the closest circle k to my house but I gotta drive 3 extra miles because they are always closed at night. The doors be locked and people be outside waiting. The public should not know company business either. The employees park there cars in front the store, lock the doors and go to sleep. Run it right or shut it down.. I'll be the manager 10/20/22 3am store lit floor machine at the door. But the door locked and clerk is in car sleep. Close the store down if it's not 24 hours"

"Last night at sometime around 1030 I went here to get gas. I had a 30 cents off a gallon coupon and I had waited until I was on empty so I could get as much gas as cheaply as I could since gas prices right now are so high. I went in to prepay. The lady that was working had no interest in helping me at first. Then when I repeated 3 times that I needed $55 in gas because I had a coupon, she first said "945?". I said "what??" I then repeated $55 and even showed her what I meant by showing all 5 fingers on my right hand opening my hand and choosing it indicating clearly that I meant "55". She then scanned my coupon from my phone and proceeded to charge me $40. Now my coupon can't be used again and she cost me a lot of gas money that I don't have. I tried to explain that to her and she said "here's your receipt. You got your discount." I said "that does me no good now that your wasted my coupon." I called back to the circle k today and whomever is answering the phone keeps telling me that the manager is gone and won't be back for several hours. I'm beyond angry about this when gas is sky high. This lady needs to be fired. She is the absolute worst. In the past she tried to charge me for extra drinks because she can't count. This is the absolute worst circle k I've ever been to and I've been to some really terrible ones across the US."

"Not sure why the restrooms are closed. No one is wearing a mask, and are plenty of people in store. (For covid-19)I have Crohns disease and have an ileostomy. It's urgent sometimes to find a restroom. Also I am a truck driver, we don't have toilets on the truck. I don't understand why you can't make exceptions for special needs. Highly disgusted with the responses I received from the staff. Considering contacting a lawyer"

"There is just no good excuse for how slow and unprofessional the cashiers are here. What should take a 10 second transaction takes a full minute or sometimes two. There will be 4 workers there and 3 of them BS'ing while only one register is open and the line is 10 people deep. So, add all this wasted time, times 10 people deep in the line, equals a while bunch of my wasted time. Very frustrating!! I only go here as a matter of convenience because of its location. I'd much rather go to QT where they always have 2 cashiers who are both working 2 registers and get you out QUICK and in a very friendly and professional manner. Circle K should take some training from QT it would be very helpful to all parties involved. Lastly, EVERY time I stop here there is ALWAYS someone out side hitting me up for money. First there is a sob story then they want a few dollars. They're very aggressive. This last part isn't necessarily the fault of Circle K, it's the fault of it just being a bad area, but it still sucks and the employees never chase them off by calling the cops or even just saying something, like they do at QT."

"First off my apologies for not knowing the names of the employees I'm referring too. On a very positive note there's a Hispanic gentleman who works the graveyard shift and he is one of the most pleasant respectful sincere people Ive ever had in any customer service scenario.he gets 5+ stars. Now for the negative which I don't usually do, mainly because I give people the benefit of the doubt. I know customer service has it's ups and downs from 18 years of experience as a team member as well as a manager. Everybody has bad days. I shouldn't be able to tell, youre payed to give customer service, not treat me like I'm an inconvenience o worser trash. again I apologize for not knowing her name, she's an older Caucasian lady with white hair and glasses. Honestly I'm always so blown away by how rude she is I leave probably looking like a deer in the headlights. This isn't one experience it's everytime she cashes me out. I know this area is rough but I'm always courteous, saying thank you and even going as far as asking her how her day is.and what I get in return is uncalled for and unprovoked. I see her with other patrons and it's like jeckle and Hyde. Tonight she crossed the line. A had $2 scratch to redeem and $11 or so in change which I apologized for it was mostly quarters. She snatched it off the counter and dumps it on the counter and throws the plastic bag at me all the while telling me From now on I needed to bring change in rolls because they don't need all that change, she counts the change out 3 times each time telling us in a condisending tone it's not enough. I told her each time calmly that the scratch ticket was $2 so she finally snatched the ticket rolled her eyes stormed off to check it. She comes back and puts a handful of roll papers and says this is for next time I said thank you and took them, she shoves our change toward us and says what you don't want any more tickets and mv Mom said no we won't be back that's for sure. She has a huge chip on her shoulder. In my opinion she should be let go because I can't be the only person to experience this. There's to many people who need Jobs that have customer service skills she would be a better fit as a bartender at a dive bar not Circle k. I I will only come in if the night gentleman I spoke of is in. I'll be sure to get his name next time I'm in. I'll never subject myself to her again. Would really appreciate a response please. Sincerely John and Martha."
