About the Business
Off The Hook Meat Shop LLC is a family owned and operated traditional butcher shop located at 14960 West Indian School Road in Goodyear, Arizona. We pride ourselves on carrying only the best meats on the west side of town, including A5 Japanese Wagyu and 60-90 day Dry Aged Beef. Our meats are sourced from the renowned Omaha packaging company, which has been in business since 1920.
In addition to our high-quality meats, we also offer knife sharpening services by Sharp Van on March 12th. Please drop off your knives by Sunday, March 10th at 3pm and pick them up on Tuesday the 12th. "Today was my first visit there. I typically buy tenderloins online and want the best cuts but when I heard about this butcher shop I would rather give my money to a small local store. They sell everything. Bison, elk, chicken, pork even wagu! It's heaven! The service is great too. Super friendly helpful people. I raced home to cook one of these steaks for lunch and was floored how beautiful it tasted. It's easily the most tender steak I have ever had no joke"
"First time here, recommended by friends. Purchased 2 prime filets for New Years Eve dinner. $46.79 per lb. Got home and unwrapped them to find fat/gristle on the bottom which was not visible on the top side. They should never have been cut and sold like that! We will stick with Costco or Sam's! I have pictures! Tried to post them. Not allowing me to And they add a surcharge fee to the bill?"
