"I get better service and recommendations from circle k. I went in and took me 10 min to even find a team member that could help me. They couldn’t because they didn’t know wines and they couldn’t find anyone. I found a second employee and waited for them to finish up with what they were doing and then when we were en route to find wines I needed for my event, he stopped to help another customer with a keg and expected me to wait longer. Has customer service went away and it is to never return? Everyone wants higher wages but do nothing to elevate their service. I was always raised to dress and assume the role you wanted. That went away… we are at everyone’s mercy and it’s take it or leave it. I didn’t get my wine cases as I do count on respect and customer service when it comes to spending money. The seven minutes it took me to drive 1.7 miles to total wine was worth it and more. They had great sales and their service was top notch. I was greeted immediately and someone was able to provide the recommendations for my cases. I will just bypass the closer option and get to total wine."

"Love this bevmo plus I can always find what I need to find at this location. Whether it's wine or liquor. Most of the time I will find what I'm looking for. The prices are reasonable and it's a good location. Just watch out for the holiday season as you might find yourself without getting what it is that you need. They also have caviar in the glass counter at the front. Very reasonable price. Mixes and juices are available so it can be a one stop shop."
