"Very disappointed in the service lately. I have been coming to the barbershop since 2013 and my last haircut was halfway a fade halfway a faux hawk and that is not at all what I asked for still paid 55 bucks five of it being a tip. Came back to get my beard touched up six days later. The lady partially shaved my beard off. Then I was blamed and asked if it was because I wasn’t communicating with her when I told her I just wanted her to take the stubble off."

"I have been going to this barbershop since I moved to the area 2 years ago now, And I highly recommend this shop to anyone wanting a great haircut for yourself or for the whole family ( including kids) all the staff there is great and they are always nice, and courteous and acknowledge that I am there, by now they know me by name and the barber also remembered and asked me about a conversation we had months ago which shows they listen/ take pride in not only cutting hair but also having a connection with their clients. I really appreciate that I can call and schedule an appointment with someone for a time that fits my schedule, but they also accept walk-ins and do all they can to get me in with the soonest available barber. One of the reasons I keep going there is because they are also great with kids, they are patient and especially do all they can to ensure the cooperation of kids finishing the haircut. The whole barbershop is clean with a great emphasis on sports-themed décor, and the TVs play several different sports games on the TVs ( I have been to other shops that play shows/movies that kids should not be watching). I think you can't go wrong with this barbershop, there are great restaurants in the same shopping area in case there might be a wait but the most I have waited to get a haircut is 20-30 minutes( but that might vary depending on barber availability and how busy they are) but overall I look forward to going there every 2-3 weeks and getting greeted with a friendly and great team."
