"I have always had a good experience there the doctors and the staff were very good to me. Even when I had to go in as a walk-in I only waited like 10-15 minutes then they called me to the back to take care of me very good place my opinion"

"very bad service I used to come to this place but the doctors are not the same anymore I took my 17 year old daughter because her tooth hurt the doctor showed very little interest and said she needed a root canal they made the appointment for the next day and my daughter 17 years old came out crying because she said that the doctor was very bad with her because she told him to stop because it was hurting her a lot and the doctor ignored her. Imagine the little children who don't know how to say how they will be treated. I'm looking for how I can report them so that they have more care with patients"

"I had the worst experience with Dr Bello at central tooth doctor for kids today. My daughter had been in excruciating pain from Friday to Monday. Pain medication was not helping at all. We go in as a walk in to see Dr Bello and she was very rude and was no help whatsoever so ever. I can clearly say she does not care about her patients at all. We asked if she can please give my daughter something to take the pain away and she responded in a rude way “didn’t she take narcotics already” I agree she did but I’m sure there was something else they could have gave her. For example a shot in the gums for the meantime. She looked like she was having a bad morning and didn’t want to do her job. Thankfully the medical assistant realized how rude she was and asks me if we wanted a second opinion from the Dr next door (Dr Brenchly ). We did get his opinion and right away he knew she needed a root canal and had an infection. He right away started on her root canal to help her with the pain. I can truly say he definitely cares about his patients. If you go to this dentist please make sure you don’t see Dr Bello if you really care for your kids."

"I took my kids for a cleaning. They were very nice and efficient. They found the my daughter needed a tooth pulled, we sheduled it and came back. They do these next door. They did not allow me to go back with my daught. When my daughter came back out she looked scared and tramatized. She said she felt pain and told them. She claims they ignored her and kept on with the extraction. Its been a year since then and she is still tramatized. DONT GO THERE FOR ANYTHING BESIDES CLEANINGS."
