"My daughter was there 2 weeks ago, in couple days her filling came off. I called to let them know and they setup an appt for an exam instead of re do the comp fill? We’re leaving in 2 days never coming back not professional at all , plus the DA she’s rude I feel like she’s paying for tx."
"I came to this location due to the prev office I was going to having an incident with a child being returned with a mark on his face and the facility being unable to explain what had occurred, me trying to avoid a situation like this I brought my 2 year old daughter here.. all had gone well until my daughter was returned to me with a bruise on her face and back I ask what occurred and the person in charge of my daughter proceeded to SUGGEST what might have happened maybe tape maybe this maybe that ooo “she came in like that” I inform her I took before pictures and this was not there she made me very anxious due to her lack of information and I just asked for a number to call incase it worsened she proceeded to suggest I sit in the waiting area if I’m concerned we’ll no I’m an MA of 6 years I can monitor my daughter at home I just need somewhere to call in the case needed no number was provided. today she woke up with the bruises more present and won’t allow me to touch her back due to pain. I called the facility I spoke to two people one of them who was the doctor and came to the conclusion that no one there knows what happened to her all they can do is ensure me that she did not fall off the table. I am not bringing my daughter back here 1, 2 god knows how you even handle these things but atleast the next person will consider these reviews and maybe go somewhere where they can be side by side there child. Too many of these incidents occur even when you try avoiding them."
