"The efficiency and professionalism are beyond immaculate. In my exhausted sleep-lacking mom-panic, I made an appointment for my sick son. Only to discover I made it at the wrong location, they were SO kind, SO courteous, and INCREDIBLY understanding that they've helped us out. I can not praise this clinic enough. They are all angels, and I am extremely grateful to the front desk, the nurses, the doctors, and all the staff. You are all incredible, we love you!!!!"
"The providers we have seen have been fine but the office staff is unprofessional and rude. Also have had issues with office staff not knowing how to schedule appointments and scheduling then cancelling them a few hours later because they don't do certain types of appointments in the afternoons."
"Great pediatric office. They try to make sure you get in same day if you need to and the wait times are short. The atmosphere is also good and the providers I’ve seen have been caring and listen to your concerns and answer your questions. Great place to take your children."
"We've had nothing but good experiences here. We love Dr Holley especially. There's 6 years between our kids, so we feel like first time parents all over again. She's patient, answers all our questions and takes her time. They're usually able to squeeze us in same day for sick appointments too."
"Got covid vaccine here. Scheduled online fast and easy. Location is a little tricky to find and there are only a couple parking spaces at a time for waiting patients. Park outside turn off vehicle, wear mask and follow received instructions. Nurses were kind, fast and clean. Would recommend. UPDATE: 5/18/2021 went for 2nd shot and they made people go inside instead of the tent outside which i understand with the heat but was still disappointing. I loved the drive up stay in your car social distancing safeness of the first visit better; they did have 2 different completely separated offices though. One door said it was for people who were sick and the other side for people who were well"
