"AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!! I wish I could give this place 0 stars for the horrible customer service! This young entitled employee was extremely rude and unhelpful, disrespectful and I wasn’t rude to her until I told her “have the day she deserved” which was a lot nicer than I wanted to be. Shame too cuz they had cute stuff, but I never even got to try anything on before I dropped everything and left."

"I have consigned at this location for the past few years, but I've decided not to anymore. I have a very busy schedule and it's difficult to make time to consign. Last Sunday I called before coming in and the automated system indicated consignment walk-in hours were until 4:30 that day. I loaded my car and got there at 3:40 and there was a sign that said consigning hours end at 4, but then I was told that they actually decided to end early because they had staff call in sick. I advised they should update the automated phone system if they make changes so people know in advance. Both the employee and the manager Alexis said they don't know how to do that. I don't care! They need to make sure someone knows how to do it and DOES it. They didn't seem to care that this was a huge inconvenience to me.... they were not nice and I was pissed. ... So I took all of my belongings across the freeway over to Name Brand Exchange. Much friendlier staff over there. I'm really disappointed in Turnstyle!"

"Came here with my wife looking for some new clothes. We ended up leaving with items we weren’t planning on purchasing! It was a fun little date. Would recommend checking this place out!"
