"We went in today on March 14 to fill 3 birthday balloons with helium. The female employee working at the time between 3:10-3:15 had over filled all 3 balloons causing them to pop. She told us that she would replace the balloons with their brand. She then tried to charge us for the balloons she replaced after damaging the originals. It seemed that the manager was standing near seeing the situation and chose not to assist. I left very unsatisfied with 3 damaged balloons and no proper assistance or compensation for the situation."
"This particular store went out of their way to get my balloon order sooner than the 2hr wait/ it meant alot to me since we were doing balloons in honor of my dads “heaven day “ I had a not so good experience from the Gilbert party city . So when the river view store took my call they were super sweet and efficient! Highly recommend their customer service ! Thank you to Debbie & Vera !!"
"Walked in, it’s Christmas Eve mind you it’s a special day for my family because our loved one’s birthday is today so we came to grab balloons because we do this every year and the ladies at the counter were nothing but rude and impatient… we have a big family so we’re looking through all the varieties of color and sizes of balloons and the lady kept questioning us if we were ready or if we knew that the balloons we chose were the biggest size… we’re fully aware we’ve been coming here ever since our loved ones passing… I work in customer service and you never know who’s having a rough day… we settled because we just wanted to get out of here they made us uncomfortable and I’m very disappointed"
"The Party City won't give money back but require to have store credit not get refund. Why do I have left money to spend on Party City stuffs till paid the amount. That's big suck!!! So seem have to buy waste time to get stuffs to give for what?? Huh!! Never know need cash for emergency car gas or foods need to feed."
"I recently used this location to get balloons for my sisters bachelorette. When I got to our airbnb, I realized I had an issue with one of the balloons. I called the store and Debbie at this location immediately took care of it and sent over a brand new balloon (plus some extra goodies and a sweet note). Thank you so much Debbie & team for your attention to detail and taking care of us!"
