"Horrible. Horrible. Horrible Experience. We STILLL DO NOT HAVE MY SON'S CLOTHES because the staff can not simply copy and paste the address from our original order (well over a month ago) , and then when UPS returns the order to their store, they suggest we come over 40 miles and pick it up. LOL - cute! Then we send you via email the correct address - super simple, a house not an apartment, like preschool level complexity - and Thomas can not even COPY and PASTE the address from the email for UPS. He makes up an address for a street that does not even exist (Cave Creek Highway - huh??? where is this???) and then we have to take time from running our own business to play detective and figure out they once again botched the simple task of mailing us the clothes. We clearly need the clothes for an event. We have sent an email today seeking a response from a member of management regarding a partial refund for all the hassle, updated tracking info to see if we will ever actually get the clothes we paid our hard-earned money for, or to receive a FULL REFUND if (due to their own incompetence) the clothes arrive later than the date of the event where he would need to wear them for football. We are forced to use this vendor as per the direction of the high school and i would never spend a penny here. I do not care if Thomas (the person emailing us) has to get in his own car, and spend his own gas to come bring us the clothes today - that is what should happen. This is becoming all to common in this state - poor customer service, no accountability, and general apathy for the customer. Maybe that is why they are using another name (Game One) - since the reviews for the parent company (Universal Athletic Services) has horrible and accurate reviews. We will contact the newspaper, new channels, blogs, and all other social media platforms if we do not receive our clothes, refund and correspondence from a member of management today. I did tech support for 20 years so I will be sure to share my experience with the entire world if this is not rectified today(5/31/22)!"

"Our football team booster worked with Universal to set up a webpage for parents to order. About a month goes by and we get an email saying our order is in, just come to the store, give the name on your receipt. Easy enough. Came in, did as instructed. Took a while, but they came out with a bag with my receipt showing face up. Take the bag and go home. When I get home it has far more than I ordered. Called them up and they asked me to bring it back. Went back to the store and the young man at the counter took what I gave him and came back with my correct order (sort of). Found by reading a "handwritten" note on the receipt that one of my shirts had to be recorded for the correct logo. Also the bag did not include my window sticker that was ordered. Not once did our team rep Rhett Dunn come out to explain this to me. He did not email or call me saying that my order was incomplete. I do not blame the young man who assisted me in the least, he did everything he could. If there is a problem the customer should be notified. Honestly we got better results when we went through Cleats!"

"I Highly recommend this store! I chose to visit the store based on my experiences from the remote locations at baseball tourneys. Repaired my son's glove, went beyond my expectations with customer service answering my questions on other products and were extremely personable and professional. No pressure or hard sells. Just genuine concern to help the customer. I Will be back very soon."

"This year I have shopped there twice. The first visit I had to have a new lace put in my son's catchers glove. I told them I was good with next day service to save money. They offer emergency service for $20 And they get it back within 8 hrs I think. Then they have the 24 hour service. That's what I wanted. They still charged me for the emergency service because they got it done in about an hour even though I wanted it back next day. Now the 2nd visit I demo a bat. This is a great service. Cost nothing for a week. If you want to demo a bat, I would really recommend trying them to see if they have what you want to try. Overall their prices are on the high end but they have everything you would ever need for just about any sport. I gave them 3 stars just because of my 1st visit and their prices."

"Completely disappointed in the service provided by this company. My daughters club team decided to use this place for uniform orders. We placed an order in June and on the ordering website it gave a delivery date of the first week in August. We did not receive our order until September. Every order placed by other players has been about a month late with no communication from the staff. They continue to come up with excuses trying to justify their lack of promptness on these orders. I don't think it should take anyone 3+ months to complete an order. It is our money as a consumer for them to provide a product and it shouldn't take as long as it has. "The law The federal Mail or Telephone Order Merchandise Trade Regulation Rule requires stores to ship telephone, mail, fax, and Internet orders within 30 days. If the merchant promises an earlier shipment date, it must meet that deadline. If the retailer has a reasonable basis for not getting your order out on time, it must obtain your consent to the delay. And if you don't respond or consent, the merchant must issue a refund. Merchants have more time—50 days instead of 30—to make the shipment if you're also applying for credit.""
