I normally visit for an undercut and trim with mvp service. Kelly takes her time to blow dry my hair straight each time and I leave feeling soo elegant. Kc is great with the mvp treatment she gives the best head massage. Thank you ladies"

"I was recommended by a friend to come to this location. I had an amazing experience and have nothing bad to say about the workers. I will be coming back! It was my first time and found out you can check in prior to arriving to get in quicker. Otherwise you check-in in person. I waited about 45 minutes for 3 people before me to get their hair cuts(which isn’t long at all). I was offered a drink while waiting and when I was finally next they wanted to know exactly what I wanted. Hugo took his time and was very precise. He wanted to make sure I could get the best cut possible. He did my hair from the bottom up not the top down. Which is more time consuming but more precise. He focused on my fade and made sure it was even before doing the scissor cut. My hair was washed after the haircut and was given a hot towel. It was great! The haircut came out amazing and my lady was happy. My only concern is that maybe they do not have enough workers to take on the load of customers. While getting my haircut 5 other men arrived and had to wait for us to finish. There were only 2 employees working. I could overhear the employees worried about not being able to eat lunch soon because they had to finish all the walk-ins. Maybe consider scheduling more people or hiring others to take the load off of the workers."

"I question who would allow a customer to leave with this cut? This is what I arrived home to find. I just needed a hard line set and a trim. It was closing time, we were both in a hurry to leave, but I wondered why the stylist didn't want to show me how the back looked. I had to clean up quite a few unshaven spots before a business dinner. Thank goodness the meeting was at a venue where I could wear a hat!"
