"In time for my wedding events, I received the worst beard trim of my entire life. I previously received a great shape-up here and figured I couldn't go wrong coming back. The guy scratched the hell out of my face, nicked multiple places, and somehow cut my mustache down and ??separated it from the beard. One side is half a centimeter above the other! Forced to shave off my beard completely now. Never ever, ever coming back to this place."
