"Been coming here for years because of the quality and level of care I receive from Dr Tracy and her staff as well as Dr Huber should Dr Tracy not be available! They make going to the dentist like going out for a treat! You always feel happy and better after you leave!"
"THIS IS A FRIENDLY WARNING: I brought my 5 year old daughter to Dr. Tracy 20 (twenty) years ago. It was a good experience. The singular appointment was covered, fully paid for. No other appointments were made. Based on that experience, and her good reviews, I tried to book an appointment for myself, having just transitioned from state Medicaid insurance to Cigna PPO plus. After booking, someone else came on the line saying "we don't reactivate patients with "bad debt," and missed appointments. What??!! I've never seen the doctor myself- how can there be any records on me? This was obviously an error. I tried to ask for details, hoping to get answers, and possibly correct the problem, but she flat out refused to answer me in any way. I was shocked. After some reflection, I now believe this practice has declined severely and is now unprofessional, unethical and elitist. Basically, they don't want to treat poor people. What a disappointment, despite the good reviews. (Dr. Tracy you will likely respond to defend yourself or defame me. Truth is, your practice has become unkind, unethical, elitist and unprofessional. Turning me away, not giving me a chance to discuss remedy, proves this.) **WARNING- IF YOU ARE A SENSITIVE OR VULNERABLE PERSON - GO ELSEWHERE!! THERE ARE PLENTY OTHER KIND AND PROFESSIONAL DENTISTS OUT THERE. THIS PRACTICE HAS VERY BAD NEGATIVE ENERGY NOW.** So insulted and disappointed."
"These people are solid. They know their stuff and did amazing work on my ugly teeth. In fact, my teeth look so good now, they actually take the focus off my face. #Winning. The place is clean, state of the art and the bathrooms are nicer than my house! And importantly, everyone in the office makes one feel right at home. Thank you!"
