"These people are basically salespeople with toothbrushes, just trying to get your money instead of actually treating anything. I ended up paying over $500 for a deep cleaning, which didn't even seem necessary because it hadn't even been a year since my last cleaning, and then they insisted I come back in every 3 months for some reason, even though no other dentist prior to this had suggested anything like this. Sounds like a scam to me. When not trying to sell me stuff, I was treated like I was 4 instead of 34, because apparently when you're not buying something you're a kid needing lecturing about everything from the way you floss to remembering when your next appointment is. I felt very disrespected with the way they talked to me like I was a kid, and at my last appointment I mentioned I was moving away and therefore never coming back so they whined and acted like it was such a disgrace that I'm leaving them. News flash: I wouldn't come back even if I weren't moving, because you people are condescending and only care about me leaving because then I won't be giving any more of my money to you. You all are the ones that need to grow up, and actually treat their patients like people (who are the age they actually are) instead of just a place to squeeze money out of."
"I have not been to the dentist in about 8 years and broke a tooth. When I tried to find a dentist, it was very hard as most are only open 4 days a week which is hard for the of us who work. I found this place and got in fairly quick. They did not make me feel bad for not regularly going to the dentist and are working hard to make the plan for my teeth fit my schedule and pocketbook."
