They have great integrity in their employment too. All staff went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and concerns thoroughly in regards to my specific dental needs/treatment. "Most of the positive reviews HAVE to be fake, or people who had a one off experience. I've had a few appointments here and I will never be coming back. There is such a high turnover rate with the staff that half of them don't know what's going on. They have a hard time keeping staff as well, so their hours of operation aren't accurate and change all the time. Standard appointments always took 3 hours because they were behind. One hour in the waiting room and two hours in the chair. I came here initially because it was super close to where I moved to, and it was one of the few places that was willing to remove my permanent retainer that I had put on when I lived in Texas several years ago. The cost of that service was given to me incorrectly before the service was performed because they thought I had it put on there, even though all of my paperwork said I was a new patient. The cost was corrected afterwards and came out to be way more than what I was originally told. There wasn't much I could do because the service was already done, so all they offered was their financing options. Luckily I didn't need it and I just ate the cost. Still super upsetting to have that thrown at me AFTERWARDS. That appointment also took forever, but I figured it was just because I was new and they were busy. Paperwork, right? WRONG. After this service, I decided to establish dental care here because maybe it was just a mistake. I was supposed to have my third dental appointment in about a week, but I'm establishing care elsewhere. TWICE now, I've been called about a week before my semiannual exam/cleaning appointment telling me THEY were canceling on ME because the dental office is actually closed that day. I scheduled those appointments 6 months in advance. What's the point of scheduling them if they're just going to be cancelled? I asked off work to make time for those appointments!! If you're the type of person who keeps up with their dental cleanings, tends to not have any dental issues, and really only sees the dentist for preventative care, go somewhere else. Find someone that actually cares about you.....because this place ain't it."

"Is absolute dreadful dental office. They never answer their phones. And their prices are red downright ridiculous. Also , they charge children that are sixteen years of age upwards of seven hundred dollars or more for dental services , even though the state covers them. And if you have medicare medicaid or any of that , they'll deny you and say that they don't accept your insurance. They proclaim to be a dental office, but they have no specialist. They can't even do simple extraction. I went to another dental office and I was consoled that a tooth extraction would only cost around two or three hundred dollars. Where is Western dental? Was charging $800 for a simple extraction, along with an extra $800 for the second extraction. And proclaim that my child's poop was unreparable. However, going to a different dental office. We were told the opposite that the tooth did not need to be removed and could be repaired even though the back was busted. If you're a dental office and you proclaim to be a dental office , you should be able to new dental services , especially fillings. This dental office proclaims to be cost affordable. However their robbing is stealing the public blind especially children that are on state assistance. A child under the age of eighteen years of age that is Is covered by state assistance doesn't have to pay for any dental services. Western dental are thieves and are stealing from the general public. "I had a wonderful experience today. I had been with the same dentist since childhood until her retirement and was nervous about finding a new dentist. I'm delighted to have found this office. Every aspect of the visit was delightful. I especially enjoyed my cleaning with Jisha. The cleaning was very thorough and she kept me at ease and very comfortable throughout. I'm very happy to be established here and look forward to future visits."
