"ASU STUDENTS BEWARE! Cleaning went fine and the staff were nice for that part, but they tried to tell me I have 10x the amount of cavities that I actually have. I got a second opinion today because it seemed fishy and was told this was blatant over-treatment and most of my “cavities” were stains. Was really disappointed."

"I have been going to the facility for years, and I've never missed the appointments that I make, I have always had to change my appointment dates for others' schedules issues. One time my appointment was canceled because the Dentist was sick, mind you their is a cancel fee of $50, I was never paid for my time driving from Maricopa. I scheduled my appointment months ago for 03/04 @ 9am then I get a call because again they made a mistake to reschedule my appointment time which was okay. I confirmed that appoint verbally and days later was sent a text to confirm new appointment 2 days before my actual appointment I get a text saying my appointment was given to someone else. You all want patient to respect your time and schedule but you do not respect theirs!!!"

"I have been to Eicon dental 3 times since I've moved here. The whole staff is awesome, especially Ms. Rosie! During my first visit Ms. Rosie went over the cost and answered all my questions regarding my insurance. I believe the gentleman that works up front with Ms. Rosie is Mark. They are welcoming and engaging. My nephew and I had routine care however, we both needed crowns. It has been years since I had to have any major work done, but Dr. Oliva and Claudia made sure I was comfortable and took breaks when I needed them. Thank you both; you are very much appreciated. The Hygienist are "VERY" knowledgable, they answered all my questions and incredibly thorough. There is one young lady there and I hate I can't remember her name. She. is. awesome! I wasn't sure at first, but after having cleaning completed, and new crowns I'm definitely going to stay. I would highly recommend Eicon Dental Care if you are looking for knowledgeable, professional, and thorough Dental Staff."
