"Joey really knows how to put you at ease. I called when I couldn’t handle the pain in my jaw anymore. I knew I had to go to the dentist but I had been putting off for weeks. Finally, I couldn’t take it and called here. Joey at the front desk has a very calm voice and actually helped me take my mind off the pain for a few minutes at least. They take Access which is what I have, so that was a double blessing since I’ve heard most dental offices don’t take it (wouldn’t know myself since this was the first place I called)."
"I don't what the guy behind the desk is doing, but its not his job. I asked three times for an emergency schedule. Three times he told me a week out. Asked again if he was scheduling as an emergency, he stated " WE DONT DO EMERGENCY APPOINTMENTS" I thought that was the name of this place."
